So a while ago on some forum I frequent, I had set up an art thread and people asked me some questions about how I do stuff, what I got inspiration from, what I like, etc.
Sometimes I also get notes from deviants on here asking me questions...lately some have been repeating, so I thought I'd just paste 'em down here and answer them.
I suppose you could think of it as a F.A.Q., but it's not...in a way. (I don't really like FAQs and don't consider myself special enough to have one...XD)
So... I'll try my best to answer these ones I pulled out.
Why do you draw anime/manga?
It's easy. P: Well, I suppose it's *easier* than other styles I've tried, and I enjoy it more. (Don't have to worry so much about anatomy, I can make a skinny girl have HUGE boobs! XO)
Do you draw other styles?
Realism! That's about the extent of my drawing abilities. D: (I can't hope to get into an art school with such narrow qualities...)
Are you planning on going into a career in art?
I used to not think I could. I thought I would end up being a starving artist. But then I toured SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) and realized that there are well-paying jobs in the art industry. I haven't made up my mind yet. O:
What do you use to draw digitally?
I *used* to use a tablet. Then it died (won't elaborate on that nightmare...). I've since come to terms with that, and now I draw just traditionally.
Can you teach me how to draw?
You would want to learn from me? D: There are better people to learn from, really! XD I can't really teach you, I learned by myself, I think that's the best way to learn (not tracing!). I can give tips I guess...
When did you first start drawing?
I've always doodled stuff. I first started drawing anime when I was eight or nine. The first picture I ever drew in that style was of (guess who) Sailor Moon, of course.
Is it true you're a card-carrying member of PETA?

What is your favorite anime/manga?
My favorite anime is Gundam Wing, with The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya in a close second. My favorite manga are too many too name. XD
You make AMVs, right?

Can you make me one? Can you show me how to make one?
No, and no. Sorry, but I hardly have time to make AMVs for myself anymore, let alone make ones for other people. I have to be inspired to make an AMV, I can't really make them on a whim. Plus, my amvs are crappy anyways, and you don't want to learn how to make one from someone who
can't make them worth a crap.

Do you like Yaoi, Yuri, or Het?
I like all three! :3 I'm up for anything. As far as fandoms go, the pairings I like fall under all three, so don't think that I like to make all characters gay for the heck of it.

Yes! (I'm surprised people are actually interested...o_O) It's in the works right now. I'm excited~~
Your character Ariadne is portrayed in racy situations/clothing sometimes, but she is a minor. Do you support Pedophilia?
No. It's hard to explain this, because I support loli, but not pedophilia in REAL LIFE. It's sick and wrong, if someone 'loves' a child so much, then they should love them enough to wait until that child is 18.
The reasoning behind why Ariadne is put in those situations revolves around the story, and it is explained in the story. Sorry.
Why do you draw Kioni's hair white sometimes and other time brown?
With out getting too nerdy about my story, here's the short and simple version: There are two Kioni's, but they don't exist at the same time. 
Why do you mostly draw girls?
I like girls' figures better. They are more fun to draw, because they have curves and just look softer. Boys are just straight sticks and are no fun, really D:
Where do you live?
I reside in the small town of Alcoa, Tennessee. D: My hometown is Atlanta, Georgia, so I'm really a city person at heart. 
Do you cosplay?
Not anymore. (Used to.) I personally don't think there is anything wrong with it, especially when I see the kinds of photography of it on dA accounts here. Some people just think it's stupid. I can see the reasoning behind it though. There is a difference between cosplaying as a hobby, and cosplaying at a con whilst embarrassing yourself D: Now I just sew outfits. (Badly, I just learned how to sew about a year ago...)
What do you use to draw traditionally?
Copic Markers, Copic multiliners, and colored pencils. O: </b>
Do you do tutorials?
I have in the past, but I do them kinda on a whim or when I feel like it...The one's I've already done kinda suck. D: But I don't know what to really do tutorials on, because I don't know what people want to learn from me. o_O
What programs do you use for digital stuff?
Photoshop CS, Open Canvas, and Flash CS3
Did you ever take art in highschool?
I'm still in high school. D: I just now started my first Art I class (I'm the oldest person in that class, most people in there are freshman.....). I never took it in high school before now. o.O
Is your family supportive of the art (anime) you draw?
No. They hate anime. I think they sometimes think I'm wasting my 'talent'. They only like it when I draw realism. 
Do you like critiques?
Yessssss! I dunno why, but some people are afraid to give critiques. Like...they think that they make me mad? Not at all. XD I love them, they help me improve like you wouldn't believe O:
Who is your favorite artist?
Hands down, Otona Keikenchi! Her art is AMAZING, and the stories she writes/draws are funny and heartwarming. If only I could draw guys like her....;A;
What is your favorite style of art?
Funnily enough, not anime! O: *gasp* I *love* Greek art, especially Greek mythological art. :3
