Ahhh now I feel bad because my part of the art trade isn't finished at all (I mean not even the sketch is complete >.<;)

I think it's a tatoo. It's :iconcelestial-ceres:'s character...it might be a birth mark of some kind though...you should ask her XD But I'm so glad you like it! <3
