Wow, great tutorial, the video was a neato idea! I'm impressed with the sketch, I abuse my eraser and take way too long on my sketches.

It sounded like one of those things-that-I-forget-the-name-of on tv where people talk about their passions.
xD When I was younger I totally thought that that was how they drew-- right on the paper with like.. ball-point pens.
I was always like "Wow! How do they do all of those tiny dots for the shading? And without erasing!"
It took a verrryy long time for me to learn that wasn't the truth xD
(sort of like how I didn't know how people did digital art. All I knew existed was paint, so I figured that people like took the time to make a bunch of tiny dots to make it blendy and stuff xD Fortunately it too me less as long to figure out the truth on that one.)
Anyhow, awesome job!
I think the hair coloring turned out really well here,
and the wings are really pretty!
I also especially like how you did the hands.

Oh, and I also did not use geometrics until I was like almost 14, then I over-abused them for about a year, then I quit them for a long time, now I use them only slightly once in a while, like if I'm confused on where an eye should go.
